This is a photo of my bathtub.  Every morning I wake up at 4 am and practice Prana Power Yoga βœ¨πŸ™πŸ»βœ¨ in my sun room with twinkle lights, candles and nag champa incense lit and Frank Sinatra by my side (and often right on my mat, little stinker). After I practice I do a little cardio to get my endorphins and serotonin goin’ and then I write my inspirational cupcake quotes while my bathtub fills with hot water.  When it’s full I take a hot bath while meditating, for 30 minutes.

What’s floating in my bathtub?  Cute little cupcake things that you can bake cupcakes in.  I got em on ACK years ago.  Turns out I prefer baking my muffins in a pan so I popped these happy little friends in my tub.

This morning in meditation it occurred to me…these cupcakes are a metaphor for a cork floating.  A metaphor I often use with my coaching clients.  I explain to them that their high vibration is like a cork…it wants to float.  It is just naturally like that, unless you hold that cork down with that thing you do/thing you think/perspective you have/belief you have.  It’s you it’s you it’s you it’s you it’s you.  It’s not about them, it’s about focus.

So, all you have to do is allow the cork (cupcake) to float.  You don’t have to make it float.  You allow it to float.

This is Step 3, allowing.  Your Vortex is full of awesome stuff you’ve been putting in there…your job is to allow, not make it happen.

How do you allow?  Well, that’s what I teach and coach and write about all day every day.  So keep reading this stuff, meditate and begin to care about how you feel and in every moment ask yourself, is this a satisfying thought?  Where is this thought coming from?  If it’s satisfying, stay there!  If not, you are pushing that cork/cupcake down.

It’s quite easy but it takes practice.

Practice practice practice.
