Lift yourself then others by your example
As you walk through your day today, this Friday the 16th of December in the year 2022, take a moment once every hour to check in with the 7 L’s. Even just reading the words will tune you into them and the intention behind them. Just taking a moment, reading them and tuning in will change the trajectory of your day.
“Locate yourself” means, “Where am I now in this moment in regards to the other 6 L’s? Am I coming from love? Light? Have I laughed today? Have I been listening? Am I learning what is being taught by my path? Did I take the time and energy to get into alignment first (lift myself) by doing my morning practice?
If the answer to any or all of these questions is no, no worries! ✨❤️✨ You get to begin again in this moment! We all do. You have a brand new white canvas on which to paint.
