Prana Power Yoga β¨ππ»β¨
In 2002, my HH Philippe and I left the rat race to open a yoga studio in Newton, Massachusetts, one mile from our bright pink Victorian home. We CPRβd (Chose π Preferred π Resonated with) living βthe happy, simple life.β
This was the beginning. β¨ππ«πβ¨
We called our studio Prana Power Yoga, a name that came to me while I was practicing yoga one morning. I finished my practice, called Philippe at his consulting job, and squealed,
βWeβre gonna open a yoga studio! And itβs called Prana Power Yoga!β
to which my HH replied, matter-of-factly, βOkay.β ππ
Although we never talked about opening additional Prana Power Yoga β¨ππ»β¨ studios, the multiverse had other plans.
I simply followed the 5-step formula of Conscious Creation, moment by moment, listening to my π Highest Excitement πβand before we knew it, we had five Prana Power Yoga studios in two states (Massachusetts and New York City), as well as five Chickens π£π£π£π£π£ (kiddos).
Our first Prana Power Yoga DVD, circa 2002.
We filmed this in May, after opening Prana Power Yoga the previous June 23rd.
I created the Prana Power Yoga flow with a focus on those who have back issues (80%+ of Americans), after yoga healed my own back following a lifetime as an athlete-first as a competitive figure skater (lacing up at age 5), then training to go pro in tennis with Nick Bollettieri in 1979, living at his home with one other student. πΎ
This DVD features an hour of power in a class format. The poses are intentionally sequenced to awaken your prana (life force), clear and focus your mind, tone your body, connect you with your authentic self, and help you remember who you are.
Our second Prana Power Yoga DVD, circa 2012.

This DVD is 75 minutes long, though you do not need to complete the entire flow in one sitting. Simply do what you can, always listening to your body.
If possible, begin at the start, as the poses are intentionally sequenced to awaken your prana (life force), clear and focus your mind, tone your body, connect you with your authentic self, and help you remember who you are.
