What are beliefs, really?
Beliefs are simply thoughts you keep thinking.
They are not facts.
They are not permanent.
They are not who you are.
Beliefs are learned.
And anything learned can be unlearned.
You may simply choose the belief that “Beliefs are easy to change.” Done!
A belief shapes how you feel.
How you feel shapes what you think.
What you think shapes what you do.

You only need to notice what you’re believing.
The most powerful beliefs are the ones that feel lighter.
The ones that bring relief.

Those are the beliefs worth keeping.

The Motivational Mechanism - just knowing about it will help, a lot
You will always automatically and immediately choose something and move in the direction of something that you define as positive for you and move away from what you define as negative for you. The key here is your definition, and that arises from a belief. If you keep choosing something that you intellectually know is not good for you, find the false belief.
