Taylor recommends
My work is intentional and holographic
I coach, recommend, teach, and write for one reason:
It’s my highest excitement in the moment
My intention is that something here allows you to feel:
connected · seen · heard · relieved · calm · clear · expanded · grounded · appreciated · included · and if it's divine timing - happy and light
When you explore what I share on taylorwells.me, you may just remember who you are - and why you're here, now, in 3D Earth school.
As always, take what resonates, and leave the rest.
Things I eat and drink
which contribute to my high, happy, flowing, grounded vibration
Magical Hibiscus Tea Nectar
I drink this all day and night. It lives in a big glass pitcher in my fridge, always ready.
Your favorite caffeine-free hibiscus tea
Cold filtered water
ACV (apple cider vinegar) to taste
"No sugar juice" to taste
Liquid stevia to taste
A pinch of sea salt + baking soda per glass for electrolytes
Chocolate Breakfast Pudding
I eat this daily. It is, objectively, the best breakfast on Earth
1 package mature coconut, cut in chunks (find it in the produce fridge)
32 oz macadamia or pistachio milk
½ cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon stevia granules
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 tablespoon xanthan gum (find it in the baking section — it's the magic thickener)
Blend in a Vitamix or Ninja until fluffy and creamy. Pour into cute little glasses - think grandmother's vintage glassware or ramekins. Refrigerate before eating.
Top with So Delicious coconut whipped cream, raw cacao nibs, and roasted salted almond slices
I CPR: Choose-Prefer-Resonate with rotating non-dairy milks so my body gets different nutrients — almond, cashew, macadamia, pistachio. I skip coconut milk since there's already coconut in the pudding and I eat a LOT of coconut whip daily. No judgment.
The avocado origin story: I originally made this with avocado + water instead of nut milk. One day I had no ripe avocados - a classic yellow light synchronicity saying "not now" - so I pivoted, used nut milk, added xanthan, and created something I loved even more.
This is exactly how conscious creation works: follow your highest excitement, stay positive when plans shift, and the multiverse hands you something better than what you thought you wanted. The formula is always working. Keep going.
Photo: Chocolate pudding from Prana, our raw vegan restaurant in Newton, MA, 2009–2011 - a memory that brings me equal parts joy and relief that we are no longer in the restaurant business. I bow deeply to those who are.
Cobbler Crumble
I sprinkle this on everything. My pudding. My coconut whip. My life.
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp xanthan gum
¼ cup stevia granular
½ cup Vital Protein unflavored Collagen Powder
1 cup organic powdered PB
2 cups organic oat fiber
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup chia/hemp/flax seed mixture
¼ cup sprouted pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sprouted sunflower seeds
3 cups Lily's chocolate chips - mixed (milk, dark, peanut butter, white, semi-sweet)
~1+ cup filtered water + 1 tablespoon almond or vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients well (I use my hands with rubber gloves - very grounding and effective ha). Add liquid and mix again. It should be slightly moist, not wet. Spread on 2 oiled cookie sheets. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, stirring at 7 minutes. Turn oven off and let it continue drying until perfect — crisp but not burnt.
Caesar Salad
Dressing:
⅛ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup dijon mustard
½ cup avocado oil
1 cup filtered water
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp minced garlic
7 dashes Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp xanthan gum
Blend until thick and creamy. Add more xanthan for thicker dressing.
Toss with cold crisp organic romaine, spinach, and kale. Layer in sunflower and broccoli sprouts, shredded carrots, red cabbage, and copious chunks of ripe avocado. All organic, of course.
Top with homemade croutons: I bake these Cappello’s gluten-free biscuits, crumble them onto a cookie sheet, sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary, and bake until crisp. Game changer.
Plant based frozen foods I love
Instacart
I love grocery stores. I love shopping in them. AND Instacart was a genuine game-changer for me. I bow to it and am deeply appreciative. For everything fresh and delivered - this is the move.
Iherb (formerly vitacost)
Once upon a time I was writing for the Boston Herald and a friend told me about a website selling great healthy food at about 70% less than Whole Foods. I was in immediately.
I referred over 50 people through a promotion - because I was teaching daily at Prana Power Yoga, I'm a big talker, and I love sharing a deal. Months later, students told me they'd never received their $15 referral credit.
Neither had I.
I called three times. Three times: "We'll get back to you." Three times: silence.
On the third call I mentioned I wrote for the Herald and would write about this if no one called back.
No call back.
So I wrote a blog called "VitaScam."
That Friday it posted. That Sunday I was on the floor of the Forever 21 fitting room in Times Square with my two daughters when my phone rang - unknown caller, West Palm Beach, Florida.
"Hi Taylor. I'm David Zucker, CMO of Vitacost. I read your blog. What can we do to earn your trust back?"
This really happened.
I asked him to make good on every student's referral credit. He did. Then he asked if I'd help train their customer service team and write a weekly blog — with 100% creative freedom. I said yes to both.
David and I have been friends ever since. He's now with Purdue Chicken.
I've ordered from Vitacost/IHerb ever since. IHerb acquired them on January 8, 2026 - same great prices, free shipping over $50, same great products.
essential oil diffuser
I keep one filled with chakra essential oils running all day and night at the happy white pineapple. It fills the air with moisture and whatever your energy field is calling for. If one of your chakras feels a little depleted today, this might be exactly what you need.
Earthing
earthing.com
I have universal mats in my kitchen, bathroom, and at my iMac. I gift these when I stay at friends' homes - the gift that genuinely keeps on giving. I also have their throws, bedsheets, and shoes.
Retro-Stage.com for swimwear
I'm not a big shopper. And/but I found this site synchronistically - I had a vision of exactly the swimsuit I preferred and described it to Google. This site appeared.
Ask for Alyssia, VIP Account Manager - she has great energy and will take care of you beautifully.
"Retro Stage creates affordable vintage styles with weekly new arrivals. We believe that beauty never fades."

This one is personal.
One of my closest friends and soul sisters channeled this before anyone knew what was coming. And I mean that literally.
In May 2025, Goddess Jen, myself, and two other goddesses traveled to the Tor in Glastonbury, England - one of the most powerful energetic sites on the planet - and buried a page of this manuscript on a specific ley line.
Let that land.
I helped edit this book, and as a Virgo, gave it my all and many hours and fell completely in love with it in the process. It's billed as YA (Young Adult) and shelved under Science Fiction.
I believe it's Science Fact.
It's the first of a trilogy. You will love it.
Message me via the Contact page if you want to know more about the Glastonbury adventure and what burying that manuscript on a ley line actually means. It's a conversation worth having.
The Four Agreements - don Miguel Ruiz
Simple. Powerful. I've read it multiple times. Ruiz reveals the self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and offers four ancient Toltec agreements that can rapidly transform your experience of freedom, happiness, and love. A must.
Ask and It's Given - Esther Hicks
I was driving to teach the 5:45pm class at Prana Power Yoga Newton in 2002 and thought: I would love a spiritual CD to listen to.
After class, the very last student in a long line said: "I have a spiritual CD for you in my car."
We'd never met.
I said: "I was waiting for you."
Debbie walked me to her car and handed me an Abraham-Hicks CD her mother had given her. I've been listening to Abraham ever since. My five chickens grew up with Esther Hicks in the background instead of Sesame Street. They now quote her - and Bashar - and giggle. They also bought me AirPods so they don't always have to hear it. Reasonable.
Along with my five chickens, Abraham and Bashar are my biggest teachers. I've attended live workshops for both and was called into the hot seat at an Abraham workshop in Newton, MA, and most recently at a Bashar workshop at MIT in November 2025.
You Can Heal Your Life - Louise Hay
A must for any healer, teacher, doctor, therapist, coach, or human who chooses to be happy. Louise's profound work explores the relationship between mind and body in a way that changes how you see everything. Non-negotiable shelf addition.
The Power of Intention - Dr. Wayne Dyer
I read this during a Prana Power Yoga retreat in Saint John. My daughter Sagey was 12 months old, sleeping in our bed, nursing all night. I barely slept, and every time she woke me I pulled this book out because I could not put it down.
In the foreword, Wayne Dyer mentions he woke at 4am every day to write.
I said: I CPR: Choose-Prefer-Resonate with that.
That was the beginning of my 4am wake-up practice. Sagey is 22 now. The 4am practice remains.
