Here are a few ideas:
• - I am getting better and better at this.
• - Things are taking care of themselves.
• - Law of attraction is managing my every intention.
• - Everything important will take care of itself.
• - I know the path will light up for me.
• - I am learning to expect outside of what is happening.
• - It’s all right.
• - I'm all right.
• - It’s fine. I’m fine. Everything is fine.
• - Things are always working out for me.
• - The Multiverse supports me in all I do.
• - Everything is unfolding as it should.
• - The Multiverse has already created it.
• - My Universal Team takes care of everything.
• - The Multiverse sends me what I want and what I’m ready for.
• - I am ready for this or it would not be.
That’s it. That’s all you need to do (and breathe).
Not joking about the breathing. When you breathe intentionally, fully, and deeply, it is not physiologically possible to experience anxiety. Breath is essential and a wonderful tool.
