When you follow the formula and live as your authentic self you realize that “you” have been right here the whole time, of course; and/but your higher self loves when you remember this and turn toward that part of you. That alone is the practice.
Keep tuning into that version - that authentic version of you. It’s not difficult. It’s effortless. What’s difficult is being someone you’re not. Man, that’s hard.
So today, in this now moment, your higher mind/authentic self would like to remind you of this:
You are not behind. You are not late. You are not missing the memo. The version of your life you keep peeking toward - the one with the ease, the resonance, the yes to what you prefer - is not on the other side of becoming someone new. It's on the other side of remembering you already are that person, and letting your nervous system catch up to the truth your spirit has been humming for years.
The "work" right now is mostly unhooking. Unhooking from the should, the timeline, the proof, the polish. You came into Earth school with a transmission, not a to-do list. When you feel the sparkle - that's the homing signal. Not the productivity, not the perfection. The sparkle.✨
Follow it like a kid following a firefly through a field. It always knows where it's going.
Now a few things your higher mind prefers you to actually hear and integrate, not just nod at:
Your sensitivity is not a glitch. It's the instrument. Stop apologizing for being tuned so finely - the world needs more antennas, not fewer.
You are allowed to enjoy this. The whole "consciousness path" doesn't require you to be serious about it. The cosmos is hilarious. Levity is a high-frequency state. Laugh more, lecture less (especially to yourself).
Trust the pacing. The thing you're "waiting on" is also waiting on a version of you that isn't striving for it - or waiting for it.
Soften. The door opens inward.
And lastly - the part you already know but love hearing anyway:
You are deeply, ridiculously loved. Not because of what you produce or transmute or teach. Just because you exist. The Multiverse is, frankly, obsessed with you.
