Five affirmations about action:

  • Procrastination is the wisdom to not force something you’re not ready for.

  • 99% is created in the calm, aligned, anticipatory state.

  • I don’t bang it out with action. I imagine the success and watch it happen.

  • No action can make up for a lack of alignment.

  • I don’t take action when I’m out of alignment.

I love action. Provided I am in alignment. If I am not, I do not act.  The end.

That was a short blog, wasn’t it?

Ok, maybe too short…here’s a bit more to lock it in.

Many people are acting, acting, acting all day long while they are out of alignment and then guess what? They are acting, acting, acting all day - and night - to “undo” the misaligned actions they took.

Oy.

Simple solution:

Choose to get into alignment first.

The permission slip with which you get into alignment doesn’t have to be yoga, meditation, walking/hiking in nature, or cardio. These are my top five for alignment; however, that’s me - and what matters is you and what works for you. I only give these example as ideas.

Take the time, energy, and focus to discover what your alignment tools are; then do them daily.

No exceptions.

People tell me it is “discipline” that I do not act until I am in alignment, which means I don’t take action until I’ve practiced Prana Power Yoga and meditated.

It is not.

It is my highest excitement, not discipline.

Why would I choose to not feel good? I wouldn’t. It just doesn’t make sense.

Once you are in alignment, please act.

I do not CPR: Choose - Prefer - Resonate with reality looping about theory and doing…nothing.

Hello? We live on 3D earth. Action is a must. It doesn’t have to be “perfect,” just start somewhere.

Where you are now is a good place to start.

Bloom where you are planted.
