Understanding and defining your resistance is a sparkling opportunity

because resistance is what is keeping you from…everything you CPR manifesting.  

If this resonates*, to understand and define your resistance, follow these easy steps:

ask yourself: 

  • "How does resistance feel to me - both physically and emotionally?”  

  • "What thoughts arise from these emotions and physical sensations?”  

  • “What are the false** beliefs which fuel the feelings?”

Next, when you begin to feel the physical manifestations of resistance - right when you start to feel that tension - ask yourself:

  • “Am I resisting? What am I resisting?” 

  • “What is keeping me from feeling good in this moment?”  

  • “What belief am I choosing to cause suffering?”

If your answer is that the circumstance is keeping you from feeling good in the moment, you have given away your power. 

That circumstance is like gum you’ve chewed all the flavor out of. It’s a done deal.

You’ve already manifested it.

Your power lies in how good you choose to feel now, regardless of what is happening - regardless of whether you prefer it, or not.

It doesn’t matter what happens. What matters is what you do with what happens. 

When you need the circumstance to provide you with the good feeling, you put the cart before the horse.  

Finally, if you feel resistance to these concepts,

ask yourself:

  • "How’s it going so far with the way I’ve been doing stuff?”

  • “Am I open to trying something new - that works?”


*As always take what you prefer and leave the rest.

**A “false belief” is segregative. A “true belief” is integrative and needs no bells and whistles to convince you, because it feels good. It is in alignment with your higher mind who is on the mountain top.
